Experience Required:

Role Objective:

To ensure seamless operational support across trade services and branch-level servicing, enhancing customer experience and compliance standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage
    trade desk operations
    , including processing of trade finance instruments and client servicing
  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of
    trade servicing activities
    such as LC issuance, bill discounting, and remittance handling
  • Coordinate with internal teams to maintain
    operational efficiency
    and resolve service bottlenecks
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory and internal audit requirements
  • Support relationship managers with backend documentation and transaction tracking
  • Drive service excellence through proactive issue resolution and client communication


Skills Required:

  • Strong understanding of
    trade finance products
    and operational workflows
  • Proficiency in
    operations management
    , documentation, and service protocols
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight timelines
  • Effective communication and coordination skills
  • Familiarity with banking systems and regulatory guidelines


Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or related fields
  • Certifications in trade finance or banking operations (preferred)
