- We help private markets fund managers (“GPs”) optimise their strategy, operations, positioning and marketing through fundraising, investment and growth journeys
- We provide support to our investor clients (“LPs”) with planning investment strategy, building asset allocation, sourcing, due diligence and investment decision making

About the role:
For the Senior Analyst role, we are looking for candidates with 1-2 years’ prior experience in the financial services segment.
You absolutely must:
- Have prior experience working at a multinational corporation (MNC) and/or have completed their education in the United States or Europe ;
- Have strong proficiency in written and verbal business English, meeting or exceeding Western professional standards;
- Be self-motivated, be able to give case studies of initiative and ability to work on your own, with guidance from prior work experience. Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to get things done;
- Have proven ability to deliver success working remotely in a prior role;
- Have proven strong research and analytical skills ;
- Have excellent Excel and modelling abilities ;
- Have strong PowerPoint , presentation and design skills, with prior experience of working for US and European clients; and
- Have a strong client service orientation with an openness to feedback and the willingness to work long hours at a high pace of delivery.
Additional qualifications such as the CFA or CAIA would be valuable.
You would be reporting day-to-day to a Associate and Senior Associate and will also be working on projects with our Founder in our small but fast-growing business. As a Senior Analyst you would act as a critical team member, bridging execution and strategy within the firm. This role involves advanced analytical tasks, client engagement, and leading research initiatives, with a focus on delivering actionable insights for our clients. You will be working with the project team to support our clients on their analytical tasks such as financial modelling, research and putting together pitch decks and investment memorandums, and build sourcing channels, conduct due diligence, and assist with project management. In addition, you will be working on our business development initiative, which includes identifying potential clients and conducting appropriate research on their business needs, arrange business meetings with them, and support the search for new suitable business partners.
This is a full-time role, and we offer:
