Senior Credit Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Credit Analyst to join our Fundamental Credit Research team within Investment Research. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credit research, financial modeling, and analysis of fixed income securities.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and update detailed credit models including KPI based projections, debt capital structure analysis, covenant analysis, distressed debt analysis, and recovery analysis.
- Prepare credit reports, updates, and real-time earnings on companies under coverage.
- Perform rising star and fallen angel analysis.
- Provide opinion and rating recommendations on issuers.
- Experience in giving bond recommendations and performing relative valuation.
- Responsible for client interaction and managing client expectations.
- Work experience in working on HY and DD debt is desirable.
- MBA (Finance) with experience in building FIC models, writing initiations, and real-time earnings summaries. CFA and FRM is an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical skills, good writing & communication skills.
- Demonstrates a very high degree of initiative, self-leadership, and entrepreneurship.
- Job requires extremely high-level attention to detail, meticulousness, and accountability.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and interpretive skills.
- Abide by TAT and improve customer satisfaction over the period.
- Looking for senior resources with experience in supporting sell-side high yield/distressed desks or hedge funds.
- Must have experience in financial modeling and credit research.
The estimated annual salary for this role is around $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience.
