Reports To : HRIS Lead / Payroll Manager / SAP Program Manager Role Description As an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for configuring, managing, and optimizing payroll processes within the SAP SuccessFactors platform. You’ll ensure compliance with local and global payroll regulations, collaborate with HR and IT teams, and support seamless payroll operations across geographies. Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll. Strong understanding of Payroll Control Center (PCC) and pre-payroll validations. Experience with Employee Central integration and replication to payroll systems. Familiarity with country-specific payroll schemas and statutory requirements. Ability to work with third-party vendors for outsourced payroll. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. SAP certification in Employee Central Payroll is a plus. Job Responsibilities Configure and maintain the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll module. Ensure compliance with statutory payroll regulations across multiple countries. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to streamline payroll operations. Resolve payroll issues and discrepancies through root cause analysis. Support testing cycles including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT. Develop and maintain payroll reports, audit logs, and documentation. Train HR staff on payroll processes and system usage. Participate in global rollouts and localization efforts for payroll.
