Job Description :
• Identify and source relevant and accurate data from multiple channels to build a comprehensive database of potential clients.
• Ensure the timely and accurate data input into our reporting system, maintaining data integrity and completeness.
• Conduct outbound calls to qualify leads, understand their needs, and assess their potential as clients.
• Use effective communication skills to articulate the value proposition of our technology solutions.
• Proactively schedule appointments for product demonstrations with qualified leads.
• Collaborate with the direct sales team to coordinate schedules and ensure seamless handover of leads.
• Maintain regular follow-up with leads to nurture relationships and address concerns or queries.
• Ensure timely and appropriate follow-up after product demonstrations to move leads through the sales funnel.
• Generate regular reports on lead sourcing, qualification, and appointment-setting activities.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance the efficiency of the inside sales process.
Desired Profile:
• Proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, or a related role.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly and compellingly.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in data entry and management.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
