Purpose

The Global Supply Chain team is looking for Inventory & Obsolescence Management Analyst as a part of the Supply Chain analytics team. You will contribute to defining and building success metrics.

Key Missions

We are hiring for the position of "Lead - Inventory & Obsolescence " based at SEZ, Noida .

Roles and responsibilities:

Coordination with multiple Idemia Sites/Service Centres for timely reception of inventory reports. Meetings/Coordination with multiple manufacturing Sites/Service Centers for Proposal of accrual, write back and destruction of Inventory against Forecast. Follow up with Sites & Business units for timely execution of open actions against SLA and strict TAT need to be followed for Top management reporting. Large data analysis and Dashboard formation for multiple Idemia manufacturing Sites/Service Centers. Quality / Sanity check of data to be performed. Gap analysis based on findings and errors in the data model/reports. Recommend improvements to the reporting using modelling and large datasets. Pioneer new ideas to increase speed and reduce the development. Develop the analytics required to visualize opportunities and measure progresses for the supply chain. Should be able to work in multiple time zones

Profile & Other Information

EDUCATION : Master degree in a scientific subject / mechanical engineering / supply chain management

INDUSTRIAL EXPERIENCE : 4-5 years of experience in Inventory Management & highly analytical environment.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Master degree in a scientific subject / mechanical engineering / supply chain management 4-5 years of experience in a Inventory Management & highly analytical environment. Sound experience of Inventory management. Strong data analysis skills, ability to produce, interpret and draw conclusions from data. Experience in Six Sigma process, statistical analysis and datamining. Should be able to extract & automate the big data from multiple data sources. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and POWER BI is a must have. Organized, self-starter and a quick learner. Must be an independent problem solver that can make high quality judgments and quick decisions. Excellent organization & Communication skills confidently present to all levels within the company is required.

PREFFERED QUALIFIACTIONS:

Data science background is a plus. Knowledge of SQL is a plus. Knowledge of any tool allowing visualization and automation like Power BI will help to go further in job.
