Job Description:

1. Lead our research and Inventory team. Design and strategize key tasks to be picked and implemented by the Research and Inventory team

2. Take ownership of our Data Inventory. Will be responsible for maintaining a healthy data inventory

3. Liaise with our delivery team, understand client requirements and plan campaign deliveries accordingly

4. Coordinate with entire team to create and execute campaign delivery milestones

5. Design operational processes from data collection to data delivery and should be comfortable designing and delegating tasks to subordinates

6. Create schema/process flows for any new data collection activity

7. Create research SOPs and ensure continuous implementation of research to check total universe of data available for any given segment

8. Create customer demand analysis SOPs

9. Conduct market research to understand latest trends in the B2B data sector


Eligibility Requirement:

1. 9+years of experience in Research & Inventory role with team management is required

2. Must know Macros, power bi, python ,secondary research and Data scrapping tool

3. Should have completed graduation from a reputed college. An MBA degree will be preferred

4. Should have experience in team management and good knowledge of SQL and excel functions

5. Demonstrated ability to create flowcharts and process diagrams

6. Demonstrated ability to create SOPs for research related tasks

7. Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and take data driven decisions

8. MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Secondary Research, Communication Skills, Comparative Analysis
