Digital Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute online campaigns, promotions, and discounts to boost sales and attract new customers. Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.

Analytics and Reporting: Utilize various eCommerce analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and customer retention. Generate regular reports and provide insights to the management team.

SEO and SEM: Implement search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve the website's visibility on search engines. Manage search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to drive targeted traffic and achieve desired ROI.

Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and areas of improvement.

Inventory Management: Work closely with the inventory team to ensure sufficient stock levels and avoid stock-outs. Implement inventory control measures to minimize overstocking and obsolescence.
