We are looking for an experienced Senior Front Desk Executive to join our team in providing exceptional service to our clients and visitors. Key Responsibilities: Client Handling: Greet and assist clients in a warm, welcoming, and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they enter the studio. Appointment Scheduling: Manage client appointments, ensuring that all bookings are accurately recorded and updated. Telephone Etiquette: Handle incoming calls professionally, addressing client queries, taking messages, and directing calls as necessary. Administrative Support: Handle daily administrative tasks including managing the front desk area, maintaining records, updating databases, and ensuring office supplies are stocked. Coordination with Team: Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations, including the coordination of appointments and client requirements with the service team. Client Communication: Ensure that clients receive necessary information regarding services, treatments, and promotions. Provide follow-up communication as required. Cash Handling and Billing: Process payments, issue receipts, and manage billing inquiries. Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure the front desk area and reception area are tidy and presentable at all times. Problem Solving: Address and resolve client complaints or concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive client information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in a front desk or receptionist role, preferably in the healthcare, beauty, or wellness industry. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language. Personality: A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills. Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with using computer systems, software for scheduling, and basic office equipment. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments.
