Learn more about us at . Job Overview We are seeking a Mid-level Production Planning Control professional to join our team in Virar. This full-time position requires a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 5 years of work experience in production planning and control. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring efficient production processes and alignment with our company's goals. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement production plans to meet long- and short-term production goals. Coordinate production schedules with other departments to ensure seamless operations. Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Manage resources effectively to optimize production capacity and efficiency. Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Ensure timely delivery of products by managing schedules and troubleshooting delays. Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to align production with supply chain activities. Lead and develop a team to maintain high performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications and Skills Expertise in resource allocation to ensure optimal use of personnel, materials, and equipment in production activities. Strong understanding of inventory management to maintain balance between product availability and minimal overstock. Proficiency in cost control strategies to manage budgeting and reduce production expenses effectively. Proven coordination skills to facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments involved in production. Exceptional problem-solving abilities to identify issues in production and implement effective solutions swiftly. Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, enabling optimization and improvement of production systems. Excellent production scheduling skills to ensure timely execution and delivery of production orders. Deep understanding of production planning to create effective strategies that meet customer demands and business objectives.
