We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to oversee client accounts, manage relationships, and coordinate marketing projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of marketing strategies, and the ability to manage multiple clients effectively.


 Day-to-day responsibilities include:


  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and develop tailored marketing strategies to achieve them.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including creative, content, and digital marketing, to ensure the successful execution of client campaigns.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, prepare regular reports, and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing campaign results and future strategies.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • New Business Development: Identify opportunities for account growth and new business, and assist in the development of proposals and pitches.



Other requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of account management experience in a marketing, advertising, or digital agency environment.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
