Job Title: Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Understand client goals and objectives, providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to grow revenue within existing accounts.
  • Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand client engagement.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on product performance, industry trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare and deliver client reports, presentations, and proposals.
  • Monitor client satisfaction through surveys, feedback, and regular communication, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Manage contract renewals and negotiations, ensuring long-term client retention.
  • Track and manage account performance metrics to meet or exceed sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-8 years of experience in account management, sales, or client services.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex client issues.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
