Job Title: Carrer Counsellor

Location: Pune

Job Summary

  • Counselling & Career Guidance: Provide detailed and customized counselling sessions to prospective students,helping them choose the right program based on their career goals.
  • Admissions Target Ownership: Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets by converting inquiries intoadmissions through effective follow-ups and relationship-building.
  • Team Coordination & Mentoring: Guide junior counsellors, assist in team training, and ensure quality communicationstandards are maintained across all counselling interactions.
  • CRM & Reporting: Manage leads in the CRM system, track conversion progress, and share timelyreports with the management.
  • Walk-in & Call Handling: Manage both walk-in and telephonic inquiries professionally, ensuring a high levelof customer satisfaction.
  • Market Intelligence & Feedback: Collect feedback from students, monitor competition, and share insights to help improve course offerings and marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in educational counselling, sales, or admissions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
  • Strong convincing ability and target-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Freshers with excellent communication and confidence can also apply.
