**Responsibilities**:

- Assess students' academic strengths, weaknesses, and goals.
- Provide personalized counseling to help students define and achieve their educational objectives.
- Assist students in creating academic plans and setting realistic goals.
- Provide information on available courses, study materials, and resources.
- Offer guidance on career paths and educational opportunities.
- Help students align their academic choices with their future career goals.
- Provide tips and techniques for effective study habits and time management.
- Offer support in developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Track and evaluate students' academic progress.
- Identify and address any challenges or obstacles to learning.
- Direct students to relevant educational resources, including books, online materials, and tutoring services.
- Provide information on admission requirements, scholarships, and financial aid.
- Maintain regular communication with students, parents, and teachers.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to address individual student needs.
- Address academic or personal issues that may affect a student's performance.
- Work to find solutions and support systems.
- Organize and conduct orientation programs to introduce students to available educational resources and support services.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
