The College of Contract Management in the United Kingdom is a college for Engineering, Construction, Management, Business, IT and Software, Social and Healthcare, Training and CPD courses. We offer our live online and face to face courses, designed for working professionals who are looking to increase their skill basis and confidence. In 2024 we are having a year of grown, launching a wealth of new courses and we are looking to increase our team members in India with motivated individuals who can bring new ideas and energy to the office.
Job Description
The back office in India is searching for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. We are actively seeking accomplished professionals with more than 3 years of experience in administrative positions to join our British company.
The ideal candidates will demonstrate strong English communication skills, a dedicated work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
The most important thing is a can-do attitude and the desire to make every interaction with the College a positive one.
This will be an in office-based position in, the office will be based in Gurugram. The working hours will be Monday – Friday 9:30am until 6:30pm India time.
Responsibilities
- Handle and coordinate active calendars- Schedule and confirm meetings- Assist to office welfare needs and operations- Handle all operational needs of the office- Handle the utility needs of the office- Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills- Ability to multitask- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
