About the Role
As an ServiceNow Analyst in the Group Services-ServiceNow Product Area within the Risk legal Audit Domain, you’ll play a key role in delivering and supporting applications (Including integrations) across the following ServiceNow modules and applications.

What will your day look like?
Monitors application performance by tracking activity; resolving issues; recommending actions. Participate in testing for releases during various phases Effective problem solving & trouble-shooting skills. Take responsibility and strive for delivery of high-quality customer interactions and query resolutions. Keep functional expertise up to date through knowledge base and build SME capability helping the SME to eliminate key man dependency.
