With Excellent communication skills,The role requires working in the US time zone to support our global clients and internal stakeholders in real time.Key Responsibilities- End-to-end management of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes- Preparation, verification, and timely issuance of customer invoices- Posting of customer receipts, credit notes, debit notes, and adjustments- Vendor invoice processing, payment runs, and vendor reconciliation- Bank reconciliations and cash application- Follow-up on overdue invoices and coordination with customers for collections- Maintaining accurate aging reports (AR & AP)- Handling customer/vendors queries via email and calls during US hours- Month-end closing support and balance sheet reconciliations- Ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting policiesRequired Skills & Experience- 4+ years of relevant experience in AR, AP, invoicing, and credit posting- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.)- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) – comfortable interacting directly with US clients and stakeholders- High accuracy and attention to detail- Ability to work independently during night shiftsPreferred Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting (B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance)- Experience working in the US shift previouslyWhat We Offer- Competitive salary and benefits- Cab facility for night shift (Drop)- Health insurance and other standard benefits- Opportunity to work with global teams and grow in international finance processesIf you have solid AR/AP experience and are comfortable working night shifts from Hyderabad, we’d love to hear from you
