About the Role The Accounts Receivable Specialist will play a crucial role in managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collections and maintaining strong customer relationships. Responsibilities - Must have end to end understanding of the Accounts Receivable process - Strong initiative ability to work with limited supervision and direction - Ability to identify gaps and ensure checkpoints in the process - Interacting with customers in non-payment cases - Excellent understanding on Customer receipt allocation - Experience in updating client billing information - Team Player: Collaborative mindset to build strong and enduring relationships to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Deadline-Driven: Ability to meet tight reporting deadlines and prioritize tasks. - Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and technologies. - Manage expectations of his team members and proactively should be able to sense their needs - Problem Solver: Capable of identifying issues timely and proposing solutions. - Quick learner: Able to learn and understand end to end AR accounting processes and system for high quality performance. - Communication: Transparent communications, and alignment between diverse constituents. Qualifications - B.Com/MBA/M.Com/Semi-Qualified CA/CMA Required Skills - Strong initiative and ability to work independently - Excellent communication skills - Problem-solving capabilities - Ability to adapt to changing environments Preferred Skills - Experience in accounts receivable processes - Familiarity with customer relationship management Pay range and compensation package Payroll: Tech Mahindra Shifts: UK Shift (12PM till 9:30 PM || 5 days working || Sat-Sun off) Equal Opportunity Statement Tech Mahindra is committed to diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.
