This full-time, mid-level position requires a minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in real estate market analysis and CRM platforms, utilizing their expertise to drive customer engagement and strategic sales initiatives. Qualifications and Skills Strong understanding and proven experience in real estate market analysis (Mandatory skill). Expertise in real estate CRM systems to maintain and manage customer databases (Mandatory skill). Proficiency in Salesforce, with the ability to navigate and optimize CRM functionalities for enhanced performance. Knowledge of HubSpot CRM tools to streamline marketing and sales operations proficiently. Experience with Zoho CRM, ensuring effective customer relationship management and data organization. Ability to utilize property management software for efficient property tracking and reporting. Strong customer relationship management skills to nurture and maintain client relationships over time. Understanding of lead generation strategies to boost prospecting efforts and increase conversion rates. Roles and Responsibilities Analyze real estate market trends and provide actionable insights to support business objectives. Develop and manage CRM strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. Utilize CRM systems to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement lead generation strategies. Provide support and training to team members on the use of CRM software and best practices. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all customer interactions. Generate reports on sales activity, customer engagement, and market insights for management review. Leverage real estate knowledge to offer solutions that meet client needs while aligning with company goals.
