Location - Delhi
Only from Tier 1 B-school
Preferred Skills
Senior Marketing professional from a top tier 1 B-school
At least 8-10 years experience in brand marketing for OTC products like Dettol, Durex, Veet, OTC pills or drugs, gels or creams etc.
Key Responsibilities :
Brand Strategy : Develop and implement effective brand strategies for OTC products to drive market growth, awareness, and consumer engagement.
Product Development : Collaborate with R&D and cross-functional teams to manage product lifecycle, from concept to market launch.
Market Analysis : Conduct market research, analyze competition, and identify trends to shape marketing initiatives.
Advertising & Promotions : Lead creative marketing campaigns, including ATL/BTL activities, digital marketing, and promotional events.
Budget Management : Plan and control the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while maximizing ROI.
Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with sales, supply chain, and external agencies to ensure smooth execution of marketing plans.
Brand Performance Tracking : Monitor and analyze the performance of OTC products through KPIs, sales data, and market feedback, adjusting strategies as necessary.
Qualifications :
MBA in Marketing or a related field from a Teir 1 institute.
Proven experience in managing OTC or FMCG brands.
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Familiarity with digital marketing trends and consumer insights.
