Job Purpose:
The Head of Project Sales & BD drives revenue growth by building relationships with architects, developers, key accounts, and government clients. This role focuses on sales leadership, market penetration, and strategic business expansion, managing the project and BD teams, coordinating large-scale deals, and promoting QUBA products through presentations and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to grow sales in commercial, residential, hospitality, and government sectors.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads via cold calling, networking, and referrals. Ensure QUBA is included in key project BOQs.
- Sales Enablement: Organize product presentations and showroom visits. Recommend product positioning for projects.
- Project Coordination: Oversee project proposals, quotations, timelines, and delivery. Coordinate with stakeholders for timely execution.
- Negotiation & Closure: Manage pricing, contract negotiations, and close high-value deals.
- Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Lead, guide, and monitor the BD and project sales team to meet targets.
- Reporting: Track performance, lead generation, and sales progress. Provide regular updates to senior management.
Key Competencies:
- Strong understanding of project sales cycles, government tenders, and bidding processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and nurture client relationships.
Decisions Authority:
- Independent: Approve meetings, product presentations, and task allocation.
- Collaborative: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Senior Management: Approve strategic pricing, budget allocation, and major negotiations.
