Role Overview

As a Fullstack Website Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance websites primarily on WordPress, while also contributing to custom web applications when needed. You should be comfortable handling both frontend (UI/UX) and backend (server, database, API integrations) tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins.
  • Convert Figma/PSD designs into responsive WordPress pages.
  • Implement custom functionality using PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and mobile performance.
  • Integrate APIs, payment gateways (Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal), and CRMs.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design.
  • Manage website security, backups, and regular updates.
  • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and clients to deliver projects on time.
  • Build occasional custom web applications (MERN/LAMP stack) when required.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong proficiency in WordPress (themes, plugins, custom post types, Elementor/Divi/other builders).
  • Solid understanding of PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery.
  • Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
  • Knowledge of WooCommerce for e-commerce projects.
  • Familiarity with cPanel, hosting, and domain management.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO best practices.
  • Experience in Git version control.
  • Understanding of responsive design principles.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
