The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in building scalable ServiceNow solutions, excellent scripting skills, and hands-on implementation experience across multiple modules.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions acrossITSM, CSM, Service Portal, and UI Builder .Develop custom scripts (JavaScript/Glide) and workflows to enhance platform capabilities.Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems (REST/SOAP APIs).Customize modules includingIncident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, and Customer Service Management .Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and maintain documentation.Support platform upgrades, patches, and performance optimization.Must-Have Skills:Strong hands-on experience inITSM and CSM modules .Expertise inUI Builder & Service Portal development .Proficiency inJavaScript, Glide scripting, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flows .Experience withIntegrations (REST/SOAP APIs) .Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.At least2 ServiceNow Certifications(CSA, CIS, CAD, or equivalent).Qualification & Certification:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.ServiceNow certifications (CSA + CIS in ITSM/CSM/UI Builder) mandatory.About InfoBeansInfoBeans is a global digital transformation and product engineering company, enabling businesses to thrive through innovation, agility, and cutting-edge technology solutions.
