Job Title: Senior Specialist – Talent AcquisitionLocation: Hybrid-HyderabadWhat you will do:- Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a wide range of technology roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Architects, DevOps, Data Engineering).- Source, Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates, ensuring alignment with both technical qualifications and cultural fit.- Manage candidate pipelines, interview logistics, feedback collection, and offer negotiation.- Act as a strategic talent advisor, providing market insights, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices.- Partner proactively with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and develop tailored sourcing strategies.- Proactively source and engage passive talent through LinkedIn, GitHub, networking, and creative sourcing techniques.- Track recruitment metrics and leverage data to continuously optimize hiring performance.- Champion a positive and inclusive candidate experience, representing the company brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.- Stay continuously up to date with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends, enabling you to speak credibly with both candidates and hiring managers.Who you are:- 10+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with at least 8 years focused on tech/IT product hiring.- Good to have proven success in recruiting mid-to-senior level and specialized/niche technical roles.- Strong understanding of modern tech stacks (e.g., Fullstack, cloud platforms, AI/ML, microservices, DevOps), and a commitment to learning new technologies as they emerge.- Deep sourcing expertise using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and GitHub is critical.- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities.- Passion for building high-performing teams and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.- Active pursuit of professional development in technology trends and recruiting practices (e.g., certifications, attending tech conferences, online courses).- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to Plan & Prioritize.- Strong negotiation skills.- Good candidate management.
