Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant to design, implement, and support Dynamics 365 solutions that align with our business needs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring modules, integrating systems, and providing end-user support for CRM and/or ERP functionalities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business requirements to design appropriate Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 applications (CRM/ERP).
  • Develop workflows, business rules, and plugins to optimize business processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, functional teams, and technical developers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise applications and third-party tools.
  • Provide training, documentation, and support to end users.
  • Ensure system stability, scalability, and adherence to security and compliance standards.
  • Participate in upgrades, migrations, and version enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP) implementation and support.
  • Strong knowledge of modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain, or HR.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, .NET, C#, or Azure services is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) or Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Knowledge of ERP processes such as procurement, sales, inventory, and finance.
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
