Qualifications Proficient in marketing tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, and MMP (anyone is required be it Appsflyer, Branch, Adjust, Singular, etc. Experience with driving high-impact quantitative analysis leveraging Excel, data visualization (Google Data Looker, Tableau, Power BI), Google Sheets, or other tools. Ability to query/mine large data sets, knowledge of SQL and any one of these BigQuery, Python, R is a must Strong analytical mindset and skills, including the ability to break down complex data scenarios into easily digestible reports and deliverables. Plus, the initiative to go beyond the what and deliver insights into the "why" of various results Knowledge around automation of data tasks be it API pulls, Data pipelines is a plus Ability to work well in a team Adaptable and flexible Agility for quick learning

Roles and Responsibilities Conduct data-driven analysis to gain actionable insights and answer critical business questions (acquisition, retention, LTV, etc.) for key clients Monitor, optimize, and report on marketing and growth metrics and split-test results. Make recommendations based on analytics and test findings Work with data engineering to develop and implement new analytical tools and improve our underlying data infrastructure Analyse, forecast, and build custom reports to make key performance indicators and insights available to the entire company Manage ad-hoc reporting requests including prioritization and delivery of reports and insights to meet stakeholder's needs In this role, you would be an individual contributor and will also be leading a team of other analysts with size of 3-5 people

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree a plus 3+ years analytics experience; Marketing analytics a plus
