We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst with a strong engineering background and expertise in data science to join our dynamic team. This role requires a combination of technical skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities. You will be responsible for analyzing, scrubbing, and prioritizing data to drive business decisions and develop actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities :

Data Analysis & Insights :

- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform strategic decisions.

- Develop predictive and prescriptive models to address business problems.

Data Engineering & Scrubbing :

- Cleanse, transform, and validate data to ensure accuracy and integrity.

- Design and implement efficient data workflows and pipelines.

Data Prioritization :

- Assess and prioritize data based on business objectives and impact.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and key performance metrics.

Technical Implementation :

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Python code for data processing and analysis.

- Utilize statistical and machine learning techniques to extract insights.

Collaboration :

- Partner with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business units, to align data strategies with organizational goals.

- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications & Skills :

Educational Background :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in Python for data analysis and scripting.

- Strong experience with data cleaning, scrubbing, and transformation processes.

- Solid understanding of SQL and database management.

- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a plus.

Core Competencies :

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Experience :

- 4+ years of experience in a data analyst role, with demonstrated expertise in data science and engineering principles.
