Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Airline BPO Supervisor located in Mumbai. The Airline BPO Supervisor will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the BPO team, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining airline-specific standards and regulations. The supervisor will handle escalations, monitor performance metrics, and provide training and support to team members to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service skills
  • Knowledge of Aviation and Airlines industries
  • Experience with Aircraft and understanding of Airworthiness regulations
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in the aviation industry
