Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Branch Manager ( Operations & Sales) to lead and manage all aspects of our branch operations, including sales, customer service, administration, and human resources. The role demands a proactive leader with a strong business acumen and a passion for achieving targets while fostering growth and development within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:
Oversee branch operations, ensuring seamless functioning across customer service, HR, administration, and sales.
Develop and implement strategic business plans, financial forecasts, and objectives to drive growth and achieve branch targets.
Continuously assess local market conditions to identify emerging opportunities and challenges.
2. Sales and Business Development:
Own and meet ambitious sales targets for all countries we work for.
Convert leads from self-database and marketing activities into successful walk-ins and enrolments.
Drive follow-ups on incomplete applications, tuition fee submissions, and document verification to ensure timely processing and positive outcomes.
3. Team Empowerment and development:
Inspire and cultivate a high-performing team through targeted training, mentoring, and motivation.
Identify skill gaps within the team and propose tailored development plans to enhance capabilities.
Act as a role model, fostering a collaborative and customer-centric culture.
4. Operational Excellence:
Monitor and propose corrective measures to overcome operational challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
Collaborate with the admissions and visa team to streamline processes and ensure timely verifications and interview preparations.
Develop and implement SOPs for student documentation and visa processing to maintain consistency and compliance.
5. Customer Engagement:
Address student and employee concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Represent the branch in education fairs, roadshows, and in-house delegate visits, ensuring effective follow-ups for conversions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, partners, and institutions to enhance the company’s reputation and market presence.
6. Market Intelligence:
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
Share insights with other branches and headquarters to ensure alignment and inform business strategies.
7. Networking & Collaboration:
Engage in networking activities to strengthen the branch's presence and influence in the market.
Collaborate with country managers, marketing teams, and headquarters to align on goals and strategies.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any field.
6-8 years of experience in the overseas education preferably with European destinations or allied industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Skills & Competencies:
Proven experience in branch management with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong knowledge of modern management techniques and industry regulations.
Excellent organisational skills with a results-driven and customer-focused approach.
Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Adaptability to travel for events, training, and sales support as required.
Proven experience in setting Projection and targets.
