Job Overview As a Manufacturing Science & Technology Technical Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing MS&T activities for Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs). Ensure NVS product performance is monitored and maintained in a validated state. Support root cause investigations with MS&T intelligence on deviations, technical complaints, OOS & CAPAs. Identify and execute continuous improvement opportunities as the ESO Project Team Lead for new product launches at CMOs/technology. Our ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of MS&T principles and practices. Key Responsibilities MS&T Leadership Lead and manage MS&T teams to achieve business objectives. Develop and implement effective MS&T strategies to drive process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of MS&T initiatives. Process Improvement Identify areas for process improvement and develop plans to address them. Implement changes to improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of process improvements. Technical Expertise Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in MS&T. Apply technical expertise to resolve complex issues and make informed decisions. Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed.
