Job Title: Master Planner Architect

We are seeking an experienced Master Planner Architect to join our team. As a key member of our architectural department, you will be responsible for leading the development of master plans and layouts for various industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Develop master plans and layouts for industrial projects, including advance manufacturing, new energy businesses, automotive industries, pharmaceutical plants, FMCG projects, and data center projects.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that designs meet project requirements and Uptime Institutes Tier standard.">
  • Prepare design basis reports, room books, and site works tenders, including specifications and bill of materials.">
  • Lead and guide a team of Revit modelers in developing BIM models meeting LOD 100 to 400 requirements during various project phases.">
  • Review and ensure quality control on models, guiding modelers in extracting layouts from 3D models.">
  • Prepare cost estimations for architectural parts of projects and provide procurement assistance.">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • ">
  • A Bachelor of Architecture degree from a recognized university and registration with the Council of Architecture (COA).">
  • 14+ years of experience in industrial projects and 4+ years in data centers.">
  • Excellent domain knowledge of master planning, preparation of concept layouts, working drawings, and construction drawings.">
  • Proficiency in 3D platforms like Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Twinmotion.">
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide and mentor team members.">
  • Able to work on schematic/statutory/working drawings and 2D/3D presentations.">
  • Familiarity with LEEDs certifications, statutory regulations, hygiene, and sustainability-related design concepts.">
  • Ability to conceptualize façade and fenestration, interiors, sanitation, and plumbing details.">
