Namkeen-Snacks Sales Manager

- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets for our range of namkeen snacks and healthy snack products.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion across different regions.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to ensure consistent growth.2.Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives to maximize sales productivity.
- Set clear goals and performance metrics for the sales team, and conduct regular reviews to ensure objectives are met.3.Market Analysis & Insights:
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on market insights to ensure product offerings meet customer expectations.4.Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure long-term partnerships with distributors and key customers.5.Promotions & Branding:
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility and sales.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all sales channels.6.Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
- Track sales data and generate actionable insights to optimize sales strategies and processes.Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in the food and snacks segment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.
- Strong understanding of the FMCG market, distribution channels, and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and sales data to drive decision-making.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.Preferred Skills:
- Experience with product launches and market expansions.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and online sales channels.
