Experience must be from industries like aggregate or contract crushing, construction & mining, and selling of capital equipment.1.Responsible for achievement of agreed targets in the Corporate & Retail2.Develop sales plans and objectives for the customer base in the DL+UK3.Enhance the overall relationship with key customers leading to constructive and profitable business partnership4.Market Mapping and Business development activities5.Growing top-line revenue and sustainability through direct personal customer service management and value selling6.Co-ordinate with Project, Spare and Service personal ensuring the best and smooth customer service7.Maintain a team-working environment through all levels of management ,peers & dealer and its team8.On aftermarket issues to ensure all issues are settled in a timely manner9.Provides the company with regular status reports on business activities, opportunity development, and overall satisfaction of the customer base.10.Ensures that all activities are carried out in accordance with Company Values and current Company Policies and ProceduresBE / B.Tech Mechanical Engineering with minimum 6 years of experience of sales (direct /Dealer ) at Delhi NCR for crushing located in Delhi/Gurgaon/Noida/Ghaziabad.
