Job Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Paid Media Manager to manage our US-based client accounts. The ideal candidate will have expertise in paid media campaigns, a deep understanding of US markets, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, night-shift environment. This is a remote position, but the candidate must be located in or around Gurgaon.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Analyze campaign performance, interpret data, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Manage budgets, monitor key performance metrics (KPIs), and make data-driven decisions to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid media strategies with overall digital marketing efforts.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, particularly in the US market.
  • Manage client communication and deliver reports to ensure alignment on campaign objectives and performance.


Requirements :

  • 4+ years of experience in managing paid media campaigns, specifically for US accounts.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media platforms.
  • Proven track record of managing high-budget campaigns with successful outcomes.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills; proficiency in Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely while being a part of a global team.
  • Willingness to work night shifts to cater to US time zones.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
