Job Overview:As a Customer Support Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring that customers receive exceptional service, handling queries, resolving issues, and providing product or service-related information. You will use your communication skills and customer-centric approach to deliver outstanding support.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat.- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.- Understand customer needs and provide accurate information and solutions.- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams when necessary.- Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.- Contribute to team performance and support business goals.
Key Requirements:- Fluency in English: Must meet Vasant 6 level or above.- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any field.- Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others.- Motor Insurance Backround- Previous experience in customer service roles and any Insurance backround
