Today, the firm conducts risk assessments, management and operational audits and management consultancy assignments for over 100 companies in diverse industries, such as, Manufacturing, Financial Services and Capital Markets, Services, etc. The firm specializes in the conduct of Integrated Internal Audits, Design and Installation of Governance and Internal Control Structures, Business Process Redesign, Business Acquisition Due Diligence, Investigations, and other consultancy assignments. Team Leader with relevant exposure in Mutual Fund, PMS and AIF.

Need to have exposure in Accounting and Finance review as well.Chartered Accountant - Qualified with 4 plus years of experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

Good understanding of regulatory guidelines (Mutual Fund, Portfolio Management Service and AIF)Good understanding of Accounting and Financial reviews including IFRS reviewsKnowledge of application Mfund, Quantis, Bloomberg, Miles etc.Good Analytics skillsGood Spoken and written skillsProven experience in leading assignments including direct interaction with senior managementComfortable to travel for short visits (2 to 3 days) for vendor reviews.
