Profile- Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct LinkedIn lead generation and prospecting without using Sales Navigator, leveraging premium LinkedIn features and other online tools.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, including middle and senior-level decision-makers, in target companies.
  • Create and send personalized InMails and email campaigns to prospects.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to schedule demos, meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Track lead generation activities and report on KPIs regularly.
  • Research industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in LinkedIn lead generation, B2B sales support, or business development.
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Premium tools for lead identification.
  • Experience with outreach via InMail and professional email communication.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to model leads, manage pipelines, and collaborate with sales teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales operations.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and result-driven.

Preferred Skills:

  • Exposure to ERP, SaaS, IT products, or B2B software domains.
  • Knowledge of lead enrichment tools like , Skrapp, Lusha, or similar.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹19, ₹25,000.00 per month
