Profile- Business Development Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct LinkedIn lead generation and prospecting without using Sales Navigator, leveraging premium LinkedIn features and other online tools.
- Identify and engage potential clients, including middle and senior-level decision-makers, in target companies.
- Create and send personalized InMails and email campaigns to prospects.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule demos, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Track lead generation activities and report on KPIs regularly.
- Research industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in LinkedIn lead generation, B2B sales support, or business development.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Premium tools for lead identification.
- Experience with outreach via InMail and professional email communication.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Ability to model leads, manage pipelines, and collaborate with sales teams.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales operations.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and result-driven.
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to ERP, SaaS, IT products, or B2B software domains.
- Knowledge of lead enrichment tools like , Skrapp, Lusha, or similar.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹19, ₹25,000.00 per month
