Job Description : Technical Writer (Cards Domain)

We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer with expertise in the cards domain to produce high-quality documentation for our software applications.

The Technical Writer will work closely with subject matter experts to create clear and comprehensive technical documentation for end users, including user guides, manuals, release notes, and knowledge base articles.


Responsibilities:

Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand and document complex technical concepts.

Create user-friendly content, including user guides, manuals, and online help resources for software applications in the cards domain.

Produce release notes and technical documentation for software updates and new features.

Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and FAQs to support end users.

Review and edit documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.

Conduct research and gather information from various sources to produce comprehensive technical content.

Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that technical documentation meets the needs of end users and aligns with product requirements.

Maintain documentation version control and ensure that documentation is up to date with the latest software releases.


Qualifications:

Required: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.


Technical Skills:

Proven experience as a technical writer with expertise in the cards domain.

Proficiency in using documentation tools such as Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare, or similar.

Strong analytical and research skills to gather and interpret technical information.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.


Soft Skills:

Strong time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple documentation projects.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Adaptability to learn new technologies and tools in the cards domain.
