Location: Bangalore

Timings : 1:30pm to 10:30pm (US Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and understand technical concepts.

- Produce high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, API documentation, and process documents.

- Organize and present information in a clear and concise manner suitable for the target audience.

- Revise, edit, and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to company standards.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation aligns with product releases and updates.

- Manage documentation projects, including planning, scheduling, and tracking progress.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Technical Writer or similar role.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., English, Technical Communication, Computer Science) or equivalent work experience.

- Strong command of the English language, including excellent grammar and writing skills.

- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into easily digestible content.

- Proficiency in using documentation tools such as Adobe Technical Communication Suite, MadCap Flare, or similar.

- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality documentation.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

- Adaptability to learn new technologies and tools quickly.

- Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Sigma certification (e.g., Six Sigma) is a plus.
