About SITU:

SITU is a fast-fashion brand dedicated to women’s casual wear, offering trendy, versatile, and stylish clothing designed for everyday moments. We’re all about blending modern aesthetics with comfort, and now, we’re looking for a creative and skilled Fashion Designer to bring our vision to life.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create innovative designs for women’s casual wear, from silhouettes to patterns, aligned with the brand’s fast-fashion ethos.
  • Develop surface designs, illustrations, and prints for fabrics, ensuring they are on-trend and appeal to our target audience.
  • Collaborate with the team to conceptualize seasonal collections, focusing on current market trends and customer preferences.
  • Oversee print development and pattern-making , ensuring high-quality output from concept to production.
  • Stay updated on fashion trends , colors, and materials to bring fresh ideas to the brand.
  • Work closely with production teams to ensure designs are executed flawlessly.


Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in surface design, illustrations, and print development.
  • Prior experience working with fashion houses, designers, or fast-fashion brands.
  • Skilled in design—whether on paper, laptop, or fabric.
  • Passionate about fashion, with a keen eye for silhouettes, patterns, and color combinations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a creative approach to problem-solving.
