We’re looking for a detail-oriented accountant to join the SITU team In this role, you’ll manage essential accounting tasks, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance while supporting our day-to-day operations.


NOTE: This is an Onsite role: Chennai based only


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain general accounting entries to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Manage E-Invoice and E-way bill generation for seamless transaction processing.
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable to maintain cash flow.
  • Support payroll processing and maintain employee records.
  • Provide office assistance for financial documentation and filing.
  • Prepare and review financial statements to aid in monthly reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with GST filings and other regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping, preferably 2+ years.
  • Expert in using Tally
  • Good understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and regulatory compliance .
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective team collaboration.
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
