Simply True ( SITU) is a fast-fashion brand focused on women’s casual wear, blending style and comfort for everyday moments. As we grow, we’re looking for a Social Media Manager who has experience in the fashion industry and a passion for women’s fashion to take our online presence to the next level.


Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager at Simply True (SITU). The role involves managing social media, developing and executing content strategies, optimizing social media presence (SMO), and creating engaging content to promote the brand and connect with the audience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.
  • Create compelling content that resonates with our audience, including posts, stories, and reels focused on women’s fashion trends.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and incorporate them into strategies to keep SITU ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to align social content with brand campaigns and goals.
  • Analyse social media performance and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Engage with the community , responding to comments, messages, and fostering a connection with our audience.


Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in the fashion industry.
  • A strong understanding of women’s fashion trends and audience preferences.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and design.
  • Proficiency in social media tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
