Job Description: Social Media Manager Intern (Onsite - Chennai)


Location : Chennai (Hybrid)

Workdays : 6 days a week (Alternate Saturdays off)

Internship Duration : 6 months

Work Hours : 10 AM to 5 PM

Compensation : Paid Internship with Monthly Stipend

What You’ll Be Doing


1. Content Planning & Strategy

• Create and maintain a social media content calendar tailored to various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).

• Brainstorm and develop innovative ideas to enhance audience engagement.

2. Client Handling (International Market)

• Directly interact with Overseas clients to understand their requirements and feedback.

• Prepare and deliver regular updates, reports, and performance reviews to clients.

• Coordinate with the team to ensure timely delivery and quality of client deliverables.

3. Content Creation & Management

• Write engaging captions and posts aligned with brand voice and strategy.

• Oversee the design of creatives, reels, and thumbnails in collaboration with graphic designers and video editors.

4. Posting & Engagement

• Schedule and post content across social media platforms.

• Respond to comments and messages to foster community engagement.

5. Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor and analyze the performance of posts and campaigns.

• Prepare monthly reports with actionable insights for growth and improvement.

6. Trend Research & Implementation

• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and techniques.

• Incorporate trending content ideas to maintain relevance and visibility.

7. Collaboration with Team

• Coordinate with content creators, graphic designers, and marketing teams for seamless execution of campaigns.

• Assist in ideating strategies for influencer partnerships and collaborations.
