Leadership Development Program Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:Work closely with Lead - Leadership Development and cross-functional teams to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for initiativesImplement, and maintain program initiatives for COE Function that adhere to function objectives.Engage with business team to implement participant selection process for the program based on finalized selection criteria.Conduct regular participant evaluation and program effectiveness assessments of the COE programs.Ensure adherence to budget for COE projects; Address budget overruns, if any.Engage with knowledge partners (external/internal) and other vendors to comply to program deliverables.Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders.Collaborate with branding team to create effective branding campaign plan and materials.Regularly update training material, records, reports on individual progress and participant dossiers on HRMS.Regularly analyze varied HR metrics and keep abreast with the new trends, latest technologies, advanced tools to improve HR processes.Regularly analyze varied HR metrics and keep abreast with the new trends, latest technologies, advanced tools to improve HR processes.
ROLEHOLDER REQUIREMENTSExperience:More than 12 years of experience in HR program management in a similar position for mid-sized / large organization and more than 3 years of experience in program managementWorking knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processesProven problem-solving skills, as well as an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to successful completion in a fast-paced environmentProven experience in program management and stakeholder managementStrong interpersonal skills for dealing with internal and external stakeholders
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/ Organizational Psychology or relevant fieldHigher degree in relevant field preferably
