Job Title: Technical Program Manager

Job Summary:

The Technical Program Manager (TPM) Shall be responsible for managing complex, cross-functional technology programs for product development. The TPM will work closely with engineering, product management, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record of successfully leading technical programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Program & Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical programs and projects. Define program goals, create detailed project plans, and track progress against milestones.

Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for program status, updates, and issues. Facilitate communication between engineering teams, product management, manufacturing, service related issues and other stakeholders

. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor program risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Resource Coordination: Coordinate resources across multiple teams to ensure successful program execution. Work with team leads to allocate resources effectively and resolve any resource-related issues.

Technical Guidance: Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams. Ensure that technical solutions align with program objectives and organizational standards.

Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve program management processes and tools. Implement best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive program documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk logs, and other relevant materials.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 7 years of experience in technical program management or a similar role.

Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional technical programs.

Strong technical background with experience in software development, systems engineering, or related fields.

Skills:

Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Solid understanding of software development methodologies, and well versed in Agile and Scrum methodologies

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar. Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud technologies, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.

PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar project management certifications.

Experience with data-driven decision-making and familiarity with data analytics tools.

Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools
