To drive this initiative forward we are actively seekingdynamic individuals to join our dedicated CrossBorder ECommerceTeam in Ahmedabad. PositionOverview: As aProgram Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the planningexecution and delivery of strategic projects and programs withinour organization. You will work closely with crossfunctional teamsto ensure that projects are completed on time within scope andbudget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skillsexcellent communication abilities and a proven track record ofsuccessfully managing complexprojects.
KeyResponsibilities:
  • Leadthe planning execution and delivery of multiple projects andprograms simultaneously.
  • Define project scopegoals and deliverables in collaboration with keystakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project planstimelines and budgets to track progress and ensure alignment withorganizational objectives.
  • Coordinate andcommunicate with crossfunctional teams to assign tasks setpriorities and resolve issues as theyarise.
  • Prepare and present regular projectstatus reports to senior management and stakeholders highlightingachievements challenges and next steps.
  • Fostera collaborative and inclusive work environment that encouragesteamwork innovation and continuousimprovement.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business administration or a degree of a similarlevel
  • Have an experience of 35 years in programmanagement
  • Demonstrated ability to managecrossfunctional teams and stakeholders
  • Strongleadership communication and problemsolvingskills
  • Exceptional organizational skills andattention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiplepriorities and deadlines in a fastpacedenvironment
