PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

As the program manager - LD of Group TM & LD CoE, you would be responsible for Planning and Executing of Leadership Development initiatives across the group with utmost focus on quality and timely delivery of programs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Lead - Leadership Development and cross-functional teams to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for initiatives
  • Implement, and maintain program initiatives for COE Function that adhere to function objectives.
  • Engage with business team to implement participant selection process for the program based on finalized selection criteria.
  • Conduct regular participant evaluation and program effectiveness assessments of the COE programs.
  • Ensure adherence to budget for COE projects; Address budget overruns, if any.
  • Engage with knowledge partners (external/internal) and other vendors to comply to program deliverables.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with branding team to create effective branding campaign plan and materials.
  • Regularly update training material, records, reports on individual progress and participant dossiers on HRMS.
  • Regularly analyze varied HR metrics and keep abreast with the new trends, latest technologies, advanced tools to improve HR processes.

ROLEHOLDER REQUIREMENTS

Experience:

  • More than 12 years of experience in HR program management in a similar position for mid-sized / large organization and more than 3 years of experience in program management
  • Working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
  • Proven problem-solving skills, as well as an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to successful completion in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience in program management and stakeholder management
  • Strong interpersonal skills for dealing with internal and external stakeholders

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management/ Organizational Psychology or relevant field
  • Higher degree in relevant field preferably
