Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager with 5-6 years of relevant

experience and proficiency in SAP S4/HANA. The ideal candidate should be a Chartered

Accountant (CA) with a strong background in financial management, and process

optimization. This role is critical for ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of the financial

reporting function and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

 Financial Reporting:

o Prepare and analyze accounts reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with

accounting standards.

o Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all transactions

are accounted for

o Audit Assistance in Statutory Audit & Internal Audit

 SAP S4/HANA Expertise:

o Utilize SAP S4/HANA for managing reporting operations.

o Ensure proper configuration and usage of SAP modules to optimize reports.

 Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):

o Budgeting: Develop and manage the company's annual budget, ensuring

alignment with strategic goals.

o Forecasting: Provide accurate financial forecasts to guide decision-making.

o Financial Modeling: Create financial models to assess potential investment

opportunities or business scenarios.


 Financial Reporting:

o Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Reports: Oversee the preparation of financial

statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards.

o Variance Analysis: Analyze and report on the variances between actual and

budgeted/forecasted financials.

o Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all financial reporting complies with

relevant laws and regulations.


 Cash Flow Management:


o Cash Flow Projections: Monitor and project the company's cash flow to

ensure sufficient liquidity.

o Working Capital Management: Optimize working capital by managing

receivables, payables, and inventory levels.


 Cost Control and Management:

o Expense Monitoring: Track and manage company expenses to ensure they

remain within budget.

o Cost Reduction Initiatives: Identify areas for cost reduction and implement

strategies to achieve savings.


 Process Improvement:

o Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and

effectiveness of the financial reporting.

o Leverage technology and best practices to streamline workflows and reduce

manual tasks.


Qualifications:

 Education:

o Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

 Experience:

o 5-6 years of experience in financial reporting management.

o Extensive experience with SAP S4/HANA is required.

 Skills:

o Strong knowledge of accounts processes and best practices.

o Proficiency in using SAP S4/HANA for financial transactions and reporting.

o Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

o Strong leadership and team management abilities.

o Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

o Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
