Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Care Professional located in Malappuram with some work from home acceptable. The Customer Care Professional will handle customer inquiries, provide support, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key tasks include answering calls, responding to emails, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining records of customer interactions. The role also involves gathering feedback to improve services and working closely with other departments to solve customer problems efficiently.
Qualifications
- Skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Keen Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making
- Ability to handle stress and remain patient with customers
- Prior experience in a customer care role is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
