All hiring decisions will be based solely on qualifications, skills, and experience relevant to the job requirements.Job DescriptionZycus is looking for a sharp and strategic leader to head our Product & Content Marketing team and to drive our product positioning strategy, develop compelling product positioning and messaging programs; be the expert on our buyer persona and guide our product marketing and go to market through our next phase of growth. You will also communicate a clear, consistent, and creative value proposition for our target markets while acting as the bridge between our go to market teams and product , translating our powerful technology and innovations into compelling narratives that resonate with enterprise procurement decision-makers with agility, creativity, and a digital-first approach. We're looking for a Head of Product Marketing to lead our business, driving growth and adoption for our B2B product suite. Responsibilities: Product Marketing:Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new and existing Zycus products.
Craft compelling product messaging and positioning that differentiates Zycus from the competition.
Own the product lifecycle from roadmap planning to launch and beyond, driving awareness, adoption, and engagement.
Collaborate closely with product development and sales teams to ensure alignment and success. Content Marketing:Build a robust content strategy that attracts, educates, and converts target audiences across various digital channels.
Lead the creation of high-quality content (white papers, case studies, blog posts, webinars, etc.) showcasing Zycus' value proposition.
Manage and optimize the Zycus website for organic search visibility and lead generation.
Oversee paid search and social media campaigns to drive targeted traffic and engagement. Digital Marketing Expertise:Demonstrate a deep understanding of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, analytics) and its application in B2B SaaS marketing.
Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in the digital marketing landscape.
Leverage data and analytics to measure and optimize campaign performance. Leadership:Build and lead a high-performing Product & Content Marketing team, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
Partner with other departments (Product, Sales, Customer Success) to ensure a unified brand voice and marketing strategy.
Effectively communicate marketing goals, plans, and results to senior leadership. Qualifications: 15+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong track record of success in product marketing and content marketing. Proven experience in developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies for SaaS products. Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, analytics). Deep understanding of the enterprise procurement landscape and Zycus' competitive environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and persuasive content. Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to build and motivate a team. Passion for technology and innovation, with a "digital-first" mindset. Bonus points: Experience in developing thought leadership content and building strong influencer relationships. Expertise in content marketing measurement and optimization. Understanding of ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies. International experience working with diverse markets and cultures.
